Shipping policy

All deliveries within NZ are sent via selected Couriers (for smaller items) or Big Freight (for bulky items) using their Track and Trace service. We will endeavor to send out your order the same day if order is placed before 12 noon otherwise the following business day. If you live in a rural area please check out selecting rural post, or you may be contacted for further charge. 

SMALL ITEMS
North and South Island- $9.00

All small item orders will be shipped on our standard courier and will take 2-5 working days**, please add an extra 1-3 working days for Rural Delivery*** Check in with your local depot for rural delivery days.

LUGGAGE AND BOARD BAGS
North and South Island- $18.50

LARGE ITEMS (AKA SURFBOARDS)
$70.00 North Island, $95.00 South Island *To Nearest Mainfreight Depot

All Larger items are sent via a Freight Handler - E.g Surfboards, and Sups. *** Please note, Surfboards and SUPs etc in this category, can take up to 10 working days for delivery. In a lot of instances it is faster. However due to the size of these items they can only go on Transporter Truck. This is not a courier service, items will be delivered to your local depot, NOT your postal address.***

All shipping will be at a charge to the customer, unless otherwise stated.

Orders received by 12 noon/midday NZST Monday to Friday will be dispatched on that business day. Orders made on a Saturday and Sunday or public holiday will be dispatched on the following business day. Orders will be shipped within 24 hours pending payment confirmation. At peak times there may be dispatch delays and our team will keep you informed.

PICK UP IN-STORE
Pick up instore gives you the flexibility of ordering online from the comfort of your own home and the convenience of being able to pick up your order as you please. We will notify you by email when your order is in store and ready to be collected. No more missed couriers! Please note, we cannot let an order be collected until a confirmation that the item is ready for pick up has been received by the customer. All pick ups are located at 41 Totara Street, Mount Maunganui. Please call or advise on the order if you wish to change location.
*Pick up instore orders are only processed Monday - Friday, excluding any public holidays. Unless advised otherwise.

Free standard shipping on orders over $140.00 applies to general shipping items, may exclude larger items such as Luggage, Skateboards, Surfboards as these fall into a different shipping profile. The use of further discount codes will void your free shipping option.
