T-Shirt Design Competition

We've got a $100 voucher up for grabs for one lucky winner this month.

Come up with your own t-shirt design for Mount Surf Shop and you could be in with the chance to win yourself $100 to spend in store, a t-shirt with your design on it, and the kudos of seeing everyone in town wearing it too. 

To enter, download the document, do your thing, and drop it into either our Downtown or Totara Street store, or email it to social@mountsurfshop.co.nz, along with your contact details.

We'll be picking a winner on Wednesday 30th September, and you're welcome to enter as many times as you like. 

Creative freedom is all yours, so go wild.


Ts and Cs

• By entering into the competition you and your parent/legal guardian acknowledge and agree that all rights in the ownership of copyright in your design and any products created using your design (individually and collectively the “Design”) shall vest in the Mount Surf Shop. As such, you and your parent/legal guardian hereby assign to the The Mount Surf Shop all past, present and future copyright (including by way of present assignment of future rights) and all other rights (including all intellectual property rights and all rights of syndication) in the Design.
• Mount Surf Shop will liaise with the winners or their parent/legal guardian regarding delivery or collection of the voucher. The Mount Surf Shop will not be liable for the acts or omissions of any postal service provider or courier.
• There will be one prize winner in total who will have their design printed on to a t-shirt that will be sold as a Limited Editions range in Mount Surf Shop's own retail stores and online at www.mountsurfshop.co.nz until the range is sold out or removed by the The Mount Surf Shop for any reason. In addition, the winner will also receive a $100 store voucher to be redeemed in Mount Surf Shop's Downtown or Totara Street store. For the avoidance of doubt, The Mount Surf Shop reserves the right to make alterations to the winning design(s).
• In the event that, due to the acts or omissions of any winner or their parent/legal guardian, Mount Surf Shop is unable to deliver the prize to that winner, that winner will forfeit the prize and no substitute or alternative will be available and a substitute winner may be selected.
• The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be given.
